Ty Seymour is a Medical Assistant at Diversity Healthcare with over four years of hands-on clinical experience in patient care. He previously served as a Patient Care Assistant and phlebotomist at Lakeland Regional Health, where he built a strong foundation in both technical skill and deeply compassionate care.

Driven by a genuine passion for people, Ty is committed to creating a space where patients feel safe, respected, and truly valued. He believes healthcare goes beyond treatment. It is about connection, trust, and showing up for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. Ty takes pride in delivering care that is not only clinically excellent but also rooted in empathy and understanding.

He is especially passionate about advancing HIV prevention, including PrEP education, and works to break stigma by fostering an inclusive, judgment-free environment where everyone feels empowered to take control of their health.

Outside of the clinic, Ty enjoys spending meaningful time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying nights out. He also enjoys trying new restaurants and has a passion for traveling, embracing new cultures, perspectives, and experiences that continue to shape both his personal life and the care he provides.
