Dr. Sterling Brodniak is a board-certified family physician and Medical Director of Diversity Health. He is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where patients feel seen, heard, and supported—especially those who have historically faced barriers to care.

His clinical focus includes primary care, HIV prevention and treatment, and gender-affirming care. Dr. Brodniak is dedicated to helping patients take control of their health through compassionate, individualized care.

Dr. Brodniak served in the U.S. Army and held multiple leadership roles in one of the nation’s largest family medicine residency programs, where he trained and mentored physicians. He now also serves as Assistant Professor at the Orlando College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to medicine, with an emphasis on trust, education, and long-term health.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, music, sports, and finding great food.
